Denver Trip: Happy Thanksgiving! (Day 6)

Surprisingly, we didn't take very many pictures on Thanksgiving Day. Becky and I cooked while the Dads and Aunt Janni played with the kids. Then, we had a delicious feast, thanks to Becky's hours of planning and preparation. Later, we enjoyed some delicious pies.

A funny pie story: Doug spent a few days giving Julianne some serious grief about liking store-bought pumpkin pie. I can brag here that Doug makes a very delicious pumpkin pie which I love, and that is saying a lot since I don't really care for pumpkin pie. So, Doug made his pie and when Julianne took the first bite, she said it wasn't sweet. Doug realized he had forgotten to add the sugar (he had been pretty sick all day). We all had a good laugh and I am sure we will remember this on Thanksgiving Day for years to come:
